a well-known brand in the bicycle intustries worldwide. How can it obtain

Giant was founded in 1972. At the outset, it was an OEM (original equipment
manufacturer) cooperating with several big global forign cycling companies
in Taiwan.

Transforming:
Giant had a significant charge in the middle 80s since it met a strong impact since
it lost one of vital customers, Schwinn. After that, it had decided to transform itself
from the OEM model of doing business into a competitive manufacturer under its
own brand, GIANT.
