寫作技巧:
初學者應多閱讀及模仿英文範文,這樣學生可學習如何開端,銜接文章,結尾.
a. 開端: 主題句句法

考試的文章大部份分為 敘述文及論說文,論說文又可分四纇:
1. Cause-and-Effect Essay 解釋性議論文,要求學生對社會目前發生的現象所發生的原委及可能之結果進行分析
2. Analyzing-Alternatives Essay 比較性.比較議題的優缺點並說明自己的論點.
3. Inductive Essay: 闡述性,針對一個問題,表述自己的觀點,及支持的理由.
4. Pro-and-Con. Essay: 駁斥性,對有爭議性的事件提出自己支持或反對的理由.

一般考題型式:
1. 給段首句或段尾句,要求學生寫整段文章.
2. 給重要的單字及片語要學生寫120短文
3. 看圖作文
4. 寫文章摘要
5. 描寫圖表
6. 給題綱寫短文

考試的一些題目:
1. Some people think that parents should plan their children's leisure time carefully. Other people believe that children should decide for
